I can even map the buttons on the computer to reflect the xbox 360 controller.

MrNintendo505 January 10, 2012 at 8:44 am

Did I just turn gay because? Link? looks awsome in HD. Lol jk the Wii U is looking great XD

didickcheeseburger January 10, 2012 at 8:58 am

scrap the controller and go with a smaller more conventional design. its just too? big and looks awkward to use.

PalacePlayer January 10, 2012 at 9:26 am

@drifter402 Should check it the official game line up, granted that some of these titles will? already be out on other platforms, these games will be worked on the wii u more to make use of its controller and graphics. We also know that ubisoft and crytek have already begun making games for the system (we know what ubisoft has made but not crytek, ubisoft making a game that looks like bioshock + left 4 dead +doom) but not sure if they will appear at launch.

drifter402 January 10, 2012 at 9:59 am

@PalacePlayer i hope so?

PalacePlayer January 10, 2012 at 10:27 am

@drifter402 It doesn’t matter what you really call it, they do have the launch titles to back them up on the hardcore audience with also the generous support of? devs that completely ignored them during this gen

TheRealYansii January 10, 2012 at 11:00 am

It still uses? the sensor bar?

MicahRook January 10, 2012 at 11:28 am

Can you download games to the controller and play on the? go?

TheBasketballDudes2 January 10, 2012 at 11:57 am

@GHIIIGNT Yes but we do not know if this is the? final version. they are showing that at E3

TheBasketballDudes2 January 10, 2012 at 12:15 pm

@samuelrosenbalm Yea thats your problem not? everyone has that kind of money to spend on something like Video games

drifter402 January 10, 2012 at 12:36 pm

@PalacePlayer true but this is for hardcore gamers and the wii is not. the title is aimed at the? wrong audience

ryoatreides1 January 10, 2012 at 1:15 pm

lol , there? wasn’t even a gameplay there
but this Wii U is interesting
First Nintendo console that I’ll get since SNES

PalacePlayer January 10, 2012 at 1:38 pm

@drifter402 No i dont know, just because they called it the playstation 3 doesnt mean it was successful like ps2 and underpowered compared? to its compatition

MrTerryHomes January 10, 2012 at 2:35 pm

Operation? Bluewave !!! Join and support the WII U!

drifter402 January 10, 2012 at 3:16 pm

this will fail. cuz its called the wii when its meant for hardcore gamers. i mean it looks? awesome but you know.

de1hagar January 10, 2012 at 4:05 pm

zulu149r January 10, 2012 at 5:40 pm

Berlin?? Deutscher! :)

AnalogX64 January 10, 2012 at 6:44 pm

Nice proof of concept, unfortunately the game play is too slow, to be useful. But? it still amazing that the game is running via emulation.

TheExplorerx January 10, 2012 at 7:08 pm

fabianhiti January 10, 2012 at 7:16 pm

CHILDOFHARLEM January 10, 2012 at 10:41 pm

Laggy as? hell in doesn’t take the full screen

POKEMONMASTER260 January 10, 2012 at 11:09 pm

@snipethevash But that’s the? thing. That’s not what Onlive is. Onlive is streaming from the internet, not? another device.

POKEMONMASTER260 January 10, 2012 at 11:32 pm

snipethevash But that’s the thing. That’s not what Onlive is. Onlive is streaming from the internet, not another device.?

JonDeth January 10, 2012 at 11:49 pm

@capnbarfy I think the hidden point here is this is how they? adapt software for a different device. Monitoring how it behaves to the game likely produces data telling them how the emulator for it needs to be written.

zepekit January 11, 2012 at 12:30 am

wow…. and it even comes with slow down. Much better than,? you know, actually buying the game and a wii :O

dragonmaster777777 January 11, 2012 at 12:37 am

1st question are u using the 360 controller on the pc or on? the tablet second can you do this over wi-fi

PlayStatiowned January 11, 2012 at 12:40 am

The lag IT BURNS!!!?

divefraggle January 11, 2012 at 12:41 am

Wha? That’s? unplayable.

Luistensei January 11, 2012 at 1:12 am

I can’t? be slower, right?

NFM1337 January 11, 2012 at 2:12 am

I think his point was to give an example of how a fairly weak device can run demanding software using a stronger computer. The future might be in perfecting net code in order to use a centralized source of computational power, rather than everybody having high end machines (like smart phones, tablets and laptops) in their pockets and bags. Kinda like how at the astronomy department of my university, they have a sick supercomputer on which very demanding simulations are run from? standard PCs.

mrhozer January 11, 2012 at 2:59 am

Good idea,? but what is that… like 12FPS

xxPLOOPYxx January 11, 2012 at 3:15 am

bigfri5 January 11, 2012 at 3:15 am
